Divorce Coaching

Pain is inevitable, suffering is optional…

Divorce isn’t such a tragedy. A tragedy is staying in an unhappy marriage, teaching your children the wrong things about love.

Hard Facts:

Divorce is the second most traumatic life event you can go through and it feels like you’ve been hit by a truck and it is so hard to stand up and cope. It forces us to let go of the familiar and face the future with a feeling of vulnerability.  It is a process of reinvention and responsibility so that we move on with a new chapter in life.

  • About 40 to 50 percent of overall marriages in the United States end in divorce.

  • About 40 percent of first marriages end in divorce.

  • Those who have been divorced once and remarry are more likely to get divorced, with as much as 60 percent of second marriages ending in divorce.

  • According to the United Nations, the United States has the third highest divorce rate in the world, with 4.34 divorces per 1,000 people.

You are NOT alone!

When I divorced, I experienced shock, betrayal, confusion and severe heartbreak. It was so painful and overwhelming. I had to make sense of what happened to me, and I couldn’t bear it alone. Read my story in the Blog

If you are feeling lost, confused, and with overwhelm around this change of life.

Even though you have experienced loss, heartbreak, and betrayal.

Even though there have been many days when you felt anxious and doubtful.

When the voices inside your head were loud and harsh, and you looked in the mirror and thought "I’m not good enough."

You have risen through it all. You have persevered—and you know you're not done yet.

Because these struggles don’t just belong to you.

They belong to me; they belong to all of us.

Are you struggling to move on after coming out of a narcissistically abusive relationship?

Coaching takes the chaos out of transition… Change is the only constant in life

Change is uncomfortable!

Making big changes may feel scary and distressing, and it is normal to feel resistance toward any change. When you make a big shift in life to a new career or business, moving to a new place, or a new stage of life such as motherhood, the demands on your time, energy levels and patience are high. If a change is being forced on you like job loss or divorce, it is natural to experience grief and strong emotions when experiencing change.

Sometimes you may feel stuck and sense like something has to change in your life but you are not sure what it is, where to begin, or how it’s going to look like. A transition coach provides a safe space for you too explore, discover what changes you want to make, and guides you to establish a clear path with specific goals so that change becomes manageable and sustainable .

A transition coach helps you cope with hard emotions, uncover core beliefs (conscious, and unconscious), values and ideas that are hard to articulate and will surface in the coaching sessions.

and guides you to move forward to the next chapter of your life .

Relationship with Self

I work with busy women that are open to learn how to make changes in life and relationships fast and painless...

Guide them to create the life and relationships and remember their joy, courage and self worth.

Change is inevitable. Life throws us challenges that are tough to get through. These curveballs sometimes stress us out way more than they should. But the truth is that when we are equipped to overcome change, we learn the most about ourselves. Learning about ourselves promotes growth. Growth is the best part about being human, because we develop into a new and different (and hopefully better) person. In the following slides, you’ll read about some typical changes that most people experience in life and how you can best equip yourself to deal with life’s major challenges.
